Grant Sikes is Managing Partner of Theodyx. He oversees the firm's representation, partnerships and scouting, and reads every application that comes in. He also leads the development of umbraOS, the firm's own platform for agreements, rights, consent and payments.
Grant founded Theodyx to build the firm creators and brands actually need: representation with every term in writing, partnerships with cleared rights, payouts that reconcile, and audience intelligence that only uses data people agreed to share.
Before Theodyx, he worked at AT&T and founded Sikes Communications and AEGIS X, both of which now operate under Theodyx Inc.
He holds a BA in criminology and criminal justice, with a minor in political science, from the University of Alabama.
