Theodyx Inc. (“Theodyx,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to making our websites and our “Our Scouting” creator-application flow usable by as many people as possible, including people who rely on assistive technologies. We believe that everyone should be able to learn about Theodyx and apply to be scouted, regardless of ability, and we treat accessibility as an ongoing part of how we build and maintain the Site.
This statement explains the standard we aim for, the measures we take, the limitations we are still working through, and how you can reach us if something does not work for you.
Our commitment
Accessibility is not a one-time project for us. We work to improve the experience of our digital properties on a continuing basis, and we factor accessibility into the design, build, and review of new pages and features — including the scouting application — rather than treating it as an afterthought.
Conformance target
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, which is a widely recognized standard for making web content more accessible to people with a broad range of disabilities. We are also working toward the more recent WCAG 2.2 Level AA success criteria as we update our pages and components.
“Aim to conform” means we use these guidelines as our target and measure our work against them. It does not mean every part of the Site fully meets every criterion at all times. Where we fall short, we treat it as something to fix.
Measures we take
To work toward our conformance target, we take measures that include the following:
- Using semantic HTML and a logical heading and landmark structure, so that assistive technologies can interpret page content and navigation in a meaningful order.
- Supporting keyboard operability, so that interactive elements — links, buttons, and form fields, including those in the scouting application — can be reached and used without a mouse, with a visible focus indicator.
- Working toward sufficient color contrast between text and its background so that content is easier to read for people with low vision.
- Providing text alternatives for meaningful images and other non-text content, and labeling form fields so their purpose is clear.
- Respecting the operating-system “reduced motion” preference, so that animations and motion effects are minimized for people who have asked their device to limit them.
- Carrying out ongoing automated and manual testing, including review with keyboard navigation and assistive technology, and folding accessibility checks into how we ship changes.
Known limitations and ongoing remediation
Despite our efforts, some content on the Site may not yet fully conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Accessibility can be affected by third-party components, embedded media, documents, and content that changes over time. We are not aware of barriers that prevent the core experience from being used, but we know there is more to do.
When we identify an accessibility issue — whether through our own testing or through feedback — we work to fix it as part of our ongoing remediation, and we prioritize problems that affect people’s ability to use core features such as the scouting application.

We will do our best to acknowledge your message and respond within a reasonable time, generally a few business days, and to provide the information or assistance you need in a way that works for you.
Assessment approach and date
We assess the accessibility of the Site using a combination of automated tools and manual review, including keyboard-only navigation and testing with assistive technology, carried out by our own team as we build and update pages. We review this approach periodically and as the Site changes.
