What we collect
Depending on how you use the Site and whether you submit a creator application through Our Scouting, we may collect the following categories of personal information:
- Identifiers — such as your first and last name and email address.
- Age & date of birth — collected to confirm you meet our minimum age requirement.
- Coarse location — the city, state, and country you provide.
- Internet & usage information — privacy-preserving, cookieless analytics (page views and scroll depth), plus minimal request metadata and a salted hash of your IP address (we never store your raw IP).
- Professional & creator information — your primary platform, social handles, links, and any notes you choose to share.
- Audio-visual information — media you upload, such as a media-kit PDF and sample images or photos.
Some images of minors are treated as sensitive personal information. We apply heightened protections to this information, including restricted access and data minimization.
Why we collect it
We use these categories of personal information to operate and secure the Site; to evaluate scouting applications and consider possible representation; to communicate with you; to protect against fraud, abuse, and security threats; and to comply with our legal obligations.
No sale or sharing
Theodyx does not sell your personal information and does not “share” it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under California law. How long we keep it
We retain personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law. Usage telemetry is minimized and automatically purged on a routine basis.
