Campaign management

The operational side of a campaign: schedules, approvals, deliverables and payments, tracked stage by stage.

Overview

Most campaigns fail on operations rather than on ideas. We run the pipeline: briefing, contracting, production, approval, publication, reporting and payment, each stage with an owner and a date.

Everything sits on one system, so a brand and a creator are looking at the same status. When something slips, it is visible early rather than at invoicing.

How we work

  • Each stage has an owner, a date and a definition of done.
  • Approvals are recorded with who approved and when.
  • Deliverables are checked against the contract before sign-off.
  • Payment follows delivery without a separate chase.
