Transparent payouts

Transparent payouts means a creator can see what they earned, what was deducted and when it will arrive, without having to ask anyone. This is deliberately mundane and genuinely rare. The creator economy runs heavily on opaque statements, delayed payments and deductions that appear without explanation, and the resulting mistrust is corrosive. We show the arithmetic: the brand's payment, our commission and any other agreed deductions, and the net that arrives, in a statement that reconciles against a ledger.

Theodyx's commission is a line on the statement like everything else, so there is nothing to obscure. The statement is not hiding a margin, because what Theodyx earns sits in plain view next to what the creator earns. Every payout traces to an authenticated agreement and an approved deliverable held in umbraOS, so the line items are not assertions to be trusted but records to be inspected. A brand receives one clean line-item reconciliation, and a creator sees the same underlying facts from their side.
