Day-to-day representation is deals negotiated, terms documented and a career plan that holds up over time, and the model matters as much as the work. Theodyx represents creators as talent and is paid by commission, never upfront, which changes the incentives of representation. When the representative earns only when the creator does, and shows its commission on every statement, the relationship is about growing what the creator earns and building what the creator becomes, rather than maximizing throughput.

The day-to-day has grown more demanding because the deals have. A modern creator agreement has to address organic content, its paid amplification through Spark Ads and Partnership Ads, disclosure obligations that vary by market, usage windows, and increasingly AI and likeness terms. We negotiate these and document them in umbraOS, so that the creator has an authenticated record of every commitment made on their behalf and can see exactly what they agreed to.
