Overview
We look for people with a point of view, not only people with a following. Applications come in through our own channels, and every application is read by a person.
Development is the longer part. That means practical coaching on craft, rates, contracts and pacing, and being honest when someone is not ready or when this is not the right path for them.
How we work
- Every application is read by a person, and everyone gets an answer.
- Applicants must be 14 or older, and minors need a guardian's consent.
- Early conversations cover money and rights, not just opportunity.
- We say no clearly rather than leaving people waiting.
