Rights and licensing

Clean rights, documented provenance, fewer surprises: licences written to match the use, and records that survive an audit.

Overview

Rights are where most creator disputes start. We write licences that say exactly what is granted: media, territory, term, exclusivity, and what happens at renewal.

Provenance matters as much as permission. Each asset carries its source, its consents and its permitted uses, so a brand can show where an image or a likeness came from and on what basis it is being used.

How we work

  • Grants are written in specifics, never in general language.
  • Every asset is linked to its consent and its source.
  • Expiry and renewal dates are tracked and flagged early.
  • New uses get a new licence and a new fee.
