Practice
Crisis management
A calm, documented response when something goes wrong: facts first, then a plan, then the statement.
Overview
Things go wrong in public. When they do, the first job is finding out what actually happened, not drafting a statement. We establish the facts, work out the obligations, and decide what has to be said and to whom.
We work with counsel where counsel is needed and stay inside our lane. Contracts, usage records and message history are already documented, which makes the timeline much easier to reconstruct.
How we work
- Facts and timeline first, before any public response.
- Contract and usage obligations checked immediately.
- Legal questions go to lawyers; we handle communications.
- Decisions and approvals are logged as we go.
