Public information campaigns that reach people where they already are, with accessibility and records built in.

Government

We don't push public information out, we take it to where people already are

Public information campaigns have to reach people where they already are, which now means creators and social platforms, while meeting obligations that commercial campaigns can ignore. Accessibility is the first of these. Federal ICT must meet Section 508 standards, which incorporate the WCAG success criteria, and state and local government digital content faces WCAG 2.1 Level AA obligations under ADA Title II, with a compliance date of April 24, 2026. We build government campaigns to those standards, with accessibility and records built in rather than bolted on.

How we work

Records are the second obligation. Government communications are subject to retention requirements and public scrutiny, and a campaign run through creators has to be documented accordingly: who was paid, what they were asked to say, what was disclosed, and where it ran. Plain-language requirements, rooted in the Plain Writing Act, shape the message itself. We design public information work to be accessible, plainly written, properly disclosed and fully recorded.

  • Selection, spend and approvals are documented for the record.
  • Paid public-information content is labeled clearly.
  • Captions, transcripts and plain language are standard.
  • Reach is reported against the audiences actually targeted.

Where this is going

The forward view is that government will increasingly need creator channels to reach audiences that no longer consume traditional media, while facing higher scrutiny on transparency and provenance than any commercial advertiser. As synthetic media makes fabricated official communications plausible, being able to prove what a government body actually published becomes a public-trust necessity. We build provenance into government work, because the integrity of public information is the entire point of it.

How we help

Reach with accountability

Public campaigns reach communities through the creators those communities already trust, with the sourcing and approvals a public body needs behind every message.

We work within public procurement rules and keep the record a public body would need to publish or defend.
