Talent, rights and promotion for studios, leagues, publishers and the creators who work alongside them.

Media, entertainment and sports

We don't treat talent, rights and promotion as three jobs, we treat them as one

Studios, leagues, publishers and the creators who work alongside them share a common need: talent, rights and promotion handled together rather than in separate silos. This is a category built on intellectual property and likeness, and the value is in controlling both. We handle talent representation, rights clearance and promotion as one connected practice, so that a piece of content, a personality and a promotional campaign are managed against a single record rather than three conflicting ones.

How we work

The likeness questions are sharpest here because the assets are so valuable. Athletes, performers and on-air talent have voice and image rights that AI can now reproduce, and the legal landscape is moving to protect them: the ELVIS Act, state digital-replica statutes and the proposed NO FAKES Act all point toward likeness as a controllable, licensable, inheritable right. We write AI and likeness terms into talent agreements as a matter of course, so that a league or studio knows exactly what it has licensed and a talent's identity is not regenerated beyond agreement.

  • Existing rights and sponsor conflicts are checked first.
  • Clip and archive use is licensed explicitly.
  • Release and fixture calendars drive the schedule.
  • Obligations to leagues, unions and partners are documented.

Where this is going

The forward view is that entertainment and sports will be early and heavy users of both synthetic production and provenance verification. Content Credentials that prove what is authentic, and clean records of what is licensed, become competitive infrastructure as synthetic media proliferates. We build this work to be both promotable across the creator channels that now drive fandom and verifiable in a market where authenticity can no longer be assumed.

How we help

Talent

Creators, athletes and presenters are represented with terms that hold across seasons, launches and formats.

Rights

Broadcast, clip, likeness and archive rights are licensed to match the use, with provenance recorded so a clip can be traced to its source.

Promotion

Launches, releases and seasons are promoted with creators whose audiences already care, on a schedule that respects embargoes and windows.
