Editorial and commercial print work, from booking through delivery, with usage and credits handled correctly.

Print

We don't treat print as a legacy format, we treat it as work with the strictest rights

Print is not dead, and the discipline of handling it well has become rarer precisely because fewer people do it. Editorial and commercial print work, from booking through delivery, carries its own rules on usage and credit that differ from digital and that outlast the shoot. An image licensed for a print campaign has a defined use, a defined territory and a defined term, and a model or creator whose likeness appears in it has rights that have to be respected long after publication. We handle print from booking to delivery with usage and credits documented correctly.

How we work

The connective tissue between print and everything else is rights. A campaign shot for print is often repurposed for social and paid media, and each of those uses needs its own clearance. The failure mode is treating one shoot as if it bought unlimited use everywhere. We write licenses to match the actual use, keep the provenance of each image, and track where it is permitted to appear, so that repurposing is a decision made with the rights in view rather than a risk taken in ignorance.

  • Booking terms, credits and usage agreed in advance.
  • Call sheets and conditions confirmed with everyone involved.
  • Delivered assets are filed against their permitted uses.
  • Reuse requests get a fresh answer and a fresh fee.

Where this is going

Looking ahead, provenance standards built for the digital world are flowing back into print production. C2PA Content Credentials can travel with an image from capture through editing, recording who made it and what was done to it. As synthetic imagery becomes common, being able to show that a print image is authentic, and licensed, is a genuine asset. We keep those records because an image whose history is documented is one that survives scrutiny.

How we help
